Qantas will acquire blended sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for its flights from London beginning next month, helping to reduce carbon emissions by roughly 10%.
Qantas blamed the estimated loss on months of coronavirus lockdowns and travel restrictions.
From June 22 to October 6, 2022, the route will fly three times per week through Perth, utilising the airline's Boeing 787.
