At the 2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, Mercedes-Maybach unveiled its boldest luxury venture to date—the Maybach Ocean Club, a 500-foot, 155-meter ultra-luxury giga yacht named Beyond Horizons that redefines ocean travel for the elite. Developed in partnership with Splendid Sea, this floating private members’ club embodies Maybach’s legendary craftsmanship and design excellence, transcending from land to sea.

Beyond Horizons offers an exclusive experience for just 300 co-owners who share fractional ownership, each entitled to four weeks aboard annually. The magnificent vessel features 30 identical private suites measuring 74 square meters each, all with balconies, ensuring a no-hierarchy, equitable luxury experience for members. With occupancy capped at 72 guests, the yacht prioritizes privacy and intimacy, avoiding any cruise ship atmosphere.
The yacht spans over 50,000 square feet across cascading decks that evoke calm and elegance, including a multi-level beach club with an infinity pool and teak terraces leading directly into the ocean. Inside, bespoke furnishings, ambient lighting, and panoramic glass create an immersive environment where Maybach’s automotive sophistication meets maritime grandeur. Wellness suites, haute cuisine restaurants, private lounges, and cinematic spaces balance social opportunities with secluded tranquillity.

Sustainability is integral, with the ocean club powered by green methanol or biodiesel, advanced energy systems, and eco-conscious materials, reflecting Maybach’s commitment to responsible luxury. Accompanied by a 70-meter shadow vessel that carries support amenities and water toys, the yacht follows a “follow-the-sun” itinerary, cruising the Mediterranean in spring and autumn before moving to the Caribbean, Central America, or Indian Ocean in winter.
Scheduled for launch in 2029, membership includes an annual operational fee around five percent of the initial investment, covering all costs to provide a seamless, worry-free luxury yachting lifestyle. The Maybach Ocean Club transforms yacht ownership into an exclusive, shared experience, a new symbol of privilege where every horizon feels designed just for you. This is not simply travel; it is the future of ultra-luxury ocean living.

This floating sanctuary offers a rare chance to belong to a new echelon of luxury, blending astonishing design, advanced technology, sustainability, and unparalleled exclusivity on the high seas.
