Cunard Showcases will take you to worlds of discovery with the power of live performances.
With a remarkable line-up of highly acclaimed shows exclusive to Cunard, this new entertainment programme is the first of its kind at sea. It is created by award-winning theatre producers, directors, playwrights, choreographers, and performers.
Cunard Showcases, like shows at the Royal Court Theatre, put you at the centre of the action. Prepare for one-of-a-kind events that delight all of your senses, including intriguing dramas, interactive theatre, and multisensory dining.
You may even go behind the scenes with “In Conversation With” events and workshops featuring stage and screen talents.
On selected cruises, you can feel the rhythm in the Royal Court Theatre as the celebrated original West End cast of “The Drifters Girl” performs a powerhouse performance of togetherness, unity, camaraderie, and friendship in “Kings of the Boardwalk.”.
The “Opera Cocktail” puts a unique spin on some of the most famous arias, duets, and ensembles in a lively, modern setting, with funny new English translations and an engaging, intimate performance.
In addition, look forward to exceptional puppetry abilities during the “Gulliver” spectacle, which depicts the story of Gulliver, a traveller and pioneer who returns from nine years adrift at sea with accounts of unexplored worlds and animals.
Get engaged in uncovering a mystery with “Cluedo! The Interactive Game,” which transports you to 1930s high society, where intrigue and secrets reign supreme. The Circa Contemporary Circus will also perform on Queen Elizabeth for a six-week engagement, including full-scale acrobatics, theatrical plays, workshops, and Q&As.
In March, Rodgers & Hammerstein’s timeless musical “South Pacific” will be presented at sea for the first time. Looking for another classic? The Pursuit Theatre presents Shakespeare’s smash comedy “Twelfth Night.”.
“Discovering Antarctica: Heroic Tales of Shackleton, Crean, and Scott” is a captivating story of outstanding polar expeditions, while Appraisal is a real-time comedy-drama about an annual professional job appraisal gone bad.
In “Watson: The Final Problem,” Watson, Sherlock Holmes’ dependable sidekick, also assumes the lead role as he travels throughout Europe under Moriarty’s surveillance.
