Crystal Cruises Announces 2024 Chairmen’s Cruise

Crystal Cruises has announced the Crystal Chairmen’s Cruise, which will sail from Jeddah to Rhodes from April 2 to 8, 2024, onboard Crystal Symphony. Guests will enjoy a rare opportunity to sail alongside travel industry legends Manfredi Lefebvre, Executive Chairman of A&K Travel Group, and Geoffrey Kent, Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Abercrombie & Kent.

The unforgettable voyage offers an engaging journey combining unique travel experiences and opportunities to interact with Mr. Lefebvre and Mr. Kent. The Chairmen’s cruise is an exciting first for the brand, featuring a series of exclusive lectures, interactive conversations, and private meet and greets.

Both will participate in a limited-admission pre-cruise journey to AlUla, Saudi Arabia’s desert oasis. Abercrombie & Kent’s knowledgeable insider guides organise and guide this five-day optional overland adventure. It provides an insight into the Middle East’s legendary legacy, including the famed Elephant Rock and Hegra, Saudi Arabia’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. The two celebrities will host an intimate dinner on the final night.

The Crystal Chairmen’s Cruise will include a carefully curated programme of onboard events, including a special lecture by Geoffrey Kent, who will share anecdotes from his more than 60-year career in the tourism business. Crystal will also host Peter Maeck, author of Aperture and Zänker, Justice Dennis Curran, well-known for his extended political speaking career, acclaimed artist Martin Kaye, and Sabrina Aloueche, an English musical theatre actress.

Crystal Cruises, a pioneer in educational and entertainment experiences, will offer guests award-winning productions such as Icons In Concert, Crystal on Broadway, the Elton John Tribute play Rocket Man, and cabaret shows throughout the voyage. Guests can also sign up for enrichment and technology courses, golf instruction from a PGA professional and a ballroom dance class.
