Cunard has lifted the lid on its 2028 programme, confirming 190 voyages in 36 countries between April 2028 and January 2029. The British luxury line will call at 125 ports and offer access to 98 UNESCO World Heritage sites, with 19 overnight stays and 37 late‑evening departures built in to allow more time ashore in headline destinations.
The big talking point is a landmark Four Queens Celebration in Liverpool in May 2028, when Queen Mary 2, Queen Victoria, Queen Elizabeth and Queen Anne will unite on the River Mersey for the first time. Guests can choose from a series of Four Queens Celebration voyages that position them in Liverpool for this once‑in‑a‑lifetime fleet gathering.

Queen‑to‑Queen Voyages & a 40‑Night Four‑Ship Adventure
For the first time, Cunard is also introducing “Queen‑to‑Queen” itineraries, a curated collection of back‑to‑back voyages that let guests sail on two, three or all four Queens in a single extended holiday. These combinations are designed for travellers who want to experience multiple ships and regions without breaking the flow of their journey.
Flagship among them is a four‑Queen, 40‑night voyage from Southampton to Civitavecchia (for Rome) from 16 April to 26 May 2028. This itinerary takes in the Norwegian fjords, a string of top European ports and the historic Four Queens Celebration in Liverpool along the way.
Queen Mary 2: Ocean Liner Traditions & New Routes
The world’s only true ocean liner, Queen Mary 2, will continue her signature Transatlantic Crossings in 2028, including her first‑ever eastbound crossing from New York directly to Liverpool for the Four Queens event. Beyond the Atlantic, she will operate itineraries in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Canada and the Caribbean.
Highlights include an overnight in Boston timed with Independence Day celebrations, a return to Gaspé in Canada for the first time in 11 years, a North Cape voyage in Norway and an overnight stay in Tromsø on a Northern Lights‑focused sailing. These longer itineraries combine classic liner ambience with more destination‑intensive routing.
Queen Victoria: Immersive Europe from Southampton
Queen Victoria’s 2028 season centres on roundtrip itineraries from Southampton, with a strong emphasis on Scandinavia and Northern Europe. Overnight stays in Stockholm, Reykjavík, Oslo and Copenhagen create more time for in‑depth city exploration, while late‑evening departures inside the Arctic Circle maximise chances of seeing the Northern Lights.
For guests chasing warmth, Queen Victoria will return to the Mediterranean for the first time in more than a decade, calling at destinations including Albania, Cyprus, Turkey and Tunisia. She will also make fleet maiden calls to Aberdeen, Olbia, Taranto and Måløy, expanding Cunard’s footprint in Scotland, Italy and Norway.
Queen Elizabeth: Sun‑Soaked Mediterranean Season
In summer 2028, Queen Elizabeth will concentrate on the Mediterranean, with itineraries that string together Croatia, Montenegro, Greece and other classic sun‑drenched ports. Guests can expect a mix of island‑hopping, historic city calls and coastal cruising, framed by warm weather and long, light evenings.
Programme highlights include a maiden visit to Bari, the capital of Italy’s Puglia region, and an overnight stay in Istanbul. That Istanbul call offers time to see landmarks such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque by day and again illuminated after dark.
Queen Anne: Newest Queen, Nordic & Western Europe Focus
Cunard’s newest ship, Queen Anne, will open her 2028 season in Scandinavia and Northern Europe, including a showpiece overnight stay in Liverpool for the Four Queens Celebration. Sailing from Southampton, she will operate a series of seven‑night roundtrip voyages that alternate between Norway’s fjords and sun‑splashed routes to France, Spain and Portugal.
Her programme includes a maiden call to Le Verdon, gateway to Bordeaux’s famed wine region, plus overnight stays in Oslo, Copenhagen and Lisbon. Extended itineraries stretch further north towards the Arctic and south to the Canary Islands, with late‑evening departures from ports such as La Palma and La Rochelle.
Signature & Premium Signature Packages
Alongside the 2028 deployment, Cunard has introduced its new Signature Package and Premium Signature Package for guests who prefer a more inclusive, simplified fare. These add‑on bundles combine Wi‑Fi, a drinks package and dining credit for speciality restaurants into a single upgrade, with advertised savings of up to 30% versus buying each element individually on board.
The Signature Package includes a standard drinks selection, Wi‑Fi and a set level of alternative dining credit, while the Premium Signature Package upgrades this to the Premium Beverage Collection, Premium Wi‑Fi and higher dining credits of up to 150 USD per person. Both options are designed to make it easier to budget for the full voyage experience before sailing.
Early Booking & World Club Benefits
Cunard World Club members receive first access to the new voyages, with priority booking windows for the Four Queens Celebration sailings and the wider 2028 programme before itineraries open to the general public. A 10% Early Booking Saving is available on Cunard Fare and Cunard Early Saver bookings made before 30 June 2026 for departures between 16 April 2028 and 4 January 2029, subject to full terms at cunard.com/newvoyagesterms.
