Members of Qantas and Accor’s loyalty programmes will now have the option to be rewarded twice as a result of their partnership.
Customers who are members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer programme and ALL – Accor Live Limitless (ALL) will be able to earn Qantas Points as well as Accor Live Limitless Reward points on qualifying hotel reservations and Qantas flights as of today, the airline said.
Previously, users could only earn points on one programme for each booking, which was the case until recently.
It is the first time in Australia that a hospitality firm and an airline have partnered on a project of this kind.
According to Simon McGrath, chief executive officer of Accor Pacific, the agreement will provide significant advantages to clients who stay at one of Accor’s hundreds of hotels, residences, and resorts.
In a statement, he added, “We are combining forces to reward our customers, giving excellent travel advantages and unsurpassed service to those who adore our two well-respected brands.”
Customer satisfaction is at the core of this partnership, which is expected to bring considerable additional advantages for travellers.
Olivia Wirth, the CEO of Qantas Loyalty, said that the new offer would assist travellers in swiftly increasing their points balances so that they may spend them towards their next vacation.
“Our relationship with Accor is launching at a perfect moment, with local and international borders reopening and regular fliers beginning to plan and schedule their next holiday,” she said. ”
“Eligible members of the Qantas and Accor reward programmes will earn double when they travel and stay at a hotel or resort,” says the company. ”
“We anticipate that our regular travellers, whether they are travelling for business or pleasure, will find this to be appealing.”
Members must link their Qantas Frequent Flyer and ALL – Accor Live Limitless accounts to begin earning points and points bonuses.
