Following the stellar success of its 2025 Annual Pass, Virgin Voyages has introduced an upgraded version for 2026, packed with more perks and a significantly higher price tag.
What’s New for 2026
The 2026 Annual Pass retains all the benefits of the 2025 version but ups the ante with some high-end features. Among these is an exclusive weeklong stay on Necker Island, the luxurious private island owned by Virgin Group founder Richard Branson in the British Virgin Islands. To sweeten the deal, pass holders also receive a $10,000 allowance to splurge on luxury items.
The annual passes allow guests to sail on any Virgin Voyages cruise as often as they wish within a 12-month period. The 2025 pass was introduced at $120,000 per person, while the 2026 pass sees an increase to $199,000, a hike driven by the addition of Necker Island, one of the world’s most exclusive retreats.
Necker Island: The Ultimate Luxury Getaway
Necker Island spans 74 acres and offers everything from infinity pools and hot tubs to watersports and a gym. This stunning retreat can be rented entirely or partially for small groups, with individual accommodations available at around $5,000 per night.
By purchasing the 2026 Annual Pass, guests can sail on Virgin Voyages’ global itineraries for most of the year and enjoy a luxurious week on Necker Island.
Booking Details and Availability
Guests interested in the 2026 Annual Pass can choose a starting date of February 1, March 1, or April 1, with the pass valid for 12 months from that date. Note that January 1 was also an option, but this date has now passed. All 2026 passes must be booked by March 31, 2026, giving travellers plenty of time to plan.
The popularity of the Annual Pass remains high, with the 2026 version offering a $10,000 commission to travel agents. According to Virgin Voyages, agents are already receiving inquiries about the new pass.
Fleet and New Destinations
The 2026 pass is valid on all existing Virgin Voyages ships—Scarlet Lady, Resilient Lady, and Valiant Lady—as well as the new Brilliant Lady, set to debut in September 2025. The Brilliant Lady will sail from New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and Seattle during her inaugural year and will be the first Virgin Voyages ship to cruise Alaska in the summer of 2026.
Additional Perks of the 2026 Annual Pass
In addition to the weeklong stay on Necker Island and the $10,000 shopping spree, the 2026 Annual Pass comes with several other exclusive benefits:
- Roundtrip Business Class Airfare and Ferry Tickets: Transportation to Necker Island from any location in the continental US.
