Oceania Cruises®, synonymous with culinary excellence and destination-focused luxury, has unveiled its next milestone vessel: Oceania Sonata™. Set to debut in August 2027, Oceania Sonata will be the first of four 1,390-guest ships in the innovative Sonata Class, marking the ninth ship in the line’s prestigious fleet and the most spacious and amenity-rich vessel to date.

This new class of ship blends refined design with expansive, light-filled spaces that inspire celebration alongside serene enclaves designed for relaxation, embodying the epitome of intimate luxury travel.
Notably, 30% of all accommodations on board will be suites, including two brand-new suite categories and spectacularly reimagined Owner’s Suites—all featuring private and spacious verandas with sweeping views of the ever-changing seascapes.

Oceania Sonata will continue the brand’s legacy of serving The Finest Cuisine at Sea®, featuring ten best-in-class culinary experiences.
Famous favourites such as the elegant Grand Dining Room, French restaurant Jacques, pan-Asian Red Ginger, Polo Grill steakhouse, and Italian Toscana will be complemented by new, exclusive dining concepts that will be revealed closer to launch.

Currently under construction by renowned Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, the 86,000 gross ton Oceania Sonata will be staffed by 855 officers and crew dedicated to delivering impeccable service and unforgettable travel experiences.
Oceania Cruises invites travellers to be among the first to experience this masterpiece of the seas by pre-registering for updates at oceaniacruises.com/sonata-preview.
