The winners of the 15th annual Cruise Critic Editors’ Picks Awards – the industry’s most comprehensive awards – recognising the best cruise lines of the year, as chosen by the site’s international team of cruise experts, have been announced by Cruise Critic, the world’s leading cruise reviews site and online cruise community.
Crystal was named one of the best cruise lines in both the US and the UK this year, winning:
• Best Service (Luxury Category)
• Best for Solo Travellers (Luxury Category)
“We are honoured to have Crystal recognised in two categories by the editors of Cruise Critic, both in the US and UK awards,” said Cristina Levis, CEO of A&K Travel Group. “Exceptional service is one of our key pillars, and with more than 80% of our beloved crew returning during our relaunch, to once again be recognised by our industry peers is an esteemed accomplishment.”
“With solo travel on the rise, we are proud of the accommodations and programming we provide for our solo guests.” “In 2024, we hope to welcome more single cruisers,” Levis continued.
The awards, guided by the Cruise Critic editorial team’s unbiased cruise expertise based on first-hand experiences and industry knowledge, name the best-in-industry while assisting passengers in selecting the finest trip for their unique interests and needs.
“This was a banner year for the cruise industry,” says Cruise Critic Editor-in-Chief Colleen McDaniel. “On Cruise Critic, we saw demand for cruises exceed pre-pandemic levels, with several lines reporting ships sailing at more than 100% capacity.” Cruising has always been a good value holiday, but with the expense of land and air travel skyrocketing, the actual value of a cruise hit home this year.”
Cruise Critic is the world’s biggest cruise review and information website, providing a complete resource for cruise passengers with over 50 million opinions, reviews, and photos and hosting the world’s largest online cruise community.
