It marked a momentous occasion as Jetstar launched its first-ever flight from Melbourne to Hervey Bay, a route previously uncharted by any airline. This thrice-weekly service aboard the Airbus A320 is set to offer over 1,100 low-fare seats each week, connecting Melbournians directly to the wonders of Queensland’s Fraser Coast.

• Melbourne (Tullamarine) to Hervey Bay commencing on June 20, 2024:
• Flight JQ884: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from Melbourne (MEL) at 12:30 PM, arriving in Hervey Bay (HVB) at 2:55 PM.
• Flight JQ885: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from Hervey Bay (HVB) at 3:35 PM, arriving in Melbourne (MEL) at 6:15 PM.
