Regent Bali Canggu has proudly launched the Michelin Master Series, a spectacular five-month culinary celebration starting 31 October 2025, hosted at the resort’s exclusive Chef’s Table. This intimate series features Michelin-starred guest chefs from Asia and beyond collaborating with Regent’s own culinary team in a unique fusion of artistry, flavour, and cross-cultural exchange.
Each event in the series is a two-night-only affair designed to immerse guests in seasonal ingredients and evocative thematic menus. With limited seating for a personalised experience, diners are guided through a journey of tastes and stories. The prestigious champagne brand Moët & Chandon is the presenting partner, with more exciting collaborations set to be announced.
The series kicks off with Chef Thav Phouthavong of 80/20, Bangkok on 31 October and 1 November. Known for his fresh and bold approach to Thai cuisine, Chef Thav blends his Laotian heritage with international influences, having honed his skills at renowned kitchens in London before returning to Southeast Asia.
On 14 and 15 November, Chef Dan Bark of Cadence by Dan Bark, Bangkok brings his progressive American cuisine, shaped by formative experiences in Michelin-starred kitchens in Chicago and Bangkok. He is celebrated for merging precision and emotion, maintaining a Michelin Star since 2020.
Following this, on 21 and 22 November, Chef Allen Hyunmin Suh of Restaurant Allen, Seoul takes the stage, blending global techniques with Korean culinary traditions. His meticulous approach places him among Asia’s top innovators in contemporary fine dining.
Throughout the series running until February 2026, Regent Bali Canggu will welcome more Michelin-starred chefs who will each bring their unique culinary voice to Bali.
