Norwegian Cruise Line Launches ‘Rocket Man’ Elton John Tribute Show on Norwegian Luna in 2026

Norwegian Cruise Line® (NCL) is set to ignite the stage with its newest, electrifying entertainment experience aboard the all-new Norwegian Luna™, premiering in March 2026. The highlight is “Rocket Man: A Celebration of Elton John™,” a dazzling, high-energy tribute to the legendary showman featuring timeless hits like “Rocket Man,” “Tiny Dancer,” “Bennie and the Jets,” and “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.”

This concert-style production combines powerhouse vocals, jaw-dropping choreography, and fashion-forward costumes inspired by Elton John’s iconic style, complete with vibrant LED visuals and four grand pianos on stage, fully immersing guests in the spirit of one of the world’s most iconic performers.

Created by the award-winning Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ Creative Studios, “Rocket Man” uses archival footage and stunning scenic designs to produce a Broadway-calibre show, designed to captivate a diverse audience, including lifelong music fans, pop culture enthusiasts, and multigenerational families.

In addition to “Rocket Man,” Norwegian Luna debuts “HIKO: Innovation Meets Wonder,” a futuristic production blending Cirque artistry with mixed reality and introduces “Sea of Discovery! An Under-the-Sea Festival™,” an interactive experience specially designed for kids.

Adult guests have exclusive access to “LunaTique,” a daring new nightlife experience inspired by Las Vegas aesthetics, and Syd Norman’s fan-favourite tribute to Eagles™, while the entire ship comes alive with expertly reimagined deck parties like Island Nights™ and Latin LIVE!™.
