Laubichler-Pichler, the guiding force behind the sprawling 30-hectare resort Alma for five years, has been a prominent figure in Vietnam’s hospitality scene since 2008.

Born into a family of hoteliers, Laubichler-Pichler’s journey began in Austria, where he first served as a bellboy in his parents’ guesthouse. His passion for hospitality led him to study hotel management and culinary arts, eventually propelling him to the role of general manager at prestigious properties across Europe. His academic pursuits also took him to Switzerland, where he earned an Executive MBA in Hotel and Tourism Management.
