The airline has been crowned ‘World’s Leading Airline’ in four prestigious categories: First Class, Brand, Inflight Entertainment, and Rewards Programme. Additionally, Emirates was recognised as ‘Best Airline App Worldwide’ and ‘Best Airline App in the Middle East’ at the World Travel Tech Awards 2024.

The awards ceremony took place at the Savoy Palace in Madeira, Portugal, where David Quito, Emirates’ Country Manager in Portugal, accepted the honours on behalf of the airline. Emirates’ focus on delivering the best service and continuously investing in the onboard experience has set industry benchmarks. Emirates continues to enhance its digital experiences and integrate new technologies to make travel seamless for customers. The Emirates app, recognised for its functionality and user experience, offers real-time flight updates, baggage tracking, an airport map guide, the ability to explore all fleet cabins in 3D, and the option to create bespoke playlists ahead of the flight.
Earlier this year, Emirates.com was ranked among the top 3 airline websites in an independent benchmarking report by Catchpoint, and it was the only website to meet the recommended page load time of under 5 seconds.
