Silversea Cruises has launched a new incentive for its travel adviser community. “Travel Partner Appreciation Month is a special time for us to show our appreciation and reward our travel advisor partners for their loyalty and efforts,” said Massimo Brancaleoni, Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Silversea.
“Though it begins in May, our incentives continue through June, demonstrating our ongoing gratitude to our travel partners and their critical role in our success for nearly three decades.” This appreciation campaign focuses on our expedition cruises, which give customers uniquely immersive travel experiences that can lead to repeat business and allow travel advisers to earn more in commission owing to our expedition trips’ higher per diem rates.”
Furthermore, with the introduction of kicker commissions in early 2023, Silversea’s travel advisers will have even more ways to earn. The cruise company is giving an additional 1% kicker commission on all adventure voyages, an additional 1% kicker commission on all new-to-brand passengers, and an additional 1% kicker commission on all new-to-repeat customers (guests who book with Silversea for the second time through the same agency).
This allows travel consultants to raise their commission by up to two more commission points. This is Silversea’s method of recognising and appreciating its most significant sales channel, the trade.
Silversea delivers tremendous value to travel advisers’ customers during Travel Partner Appreciation Month with its limited-time Suite Upgrades deal for new reservations made before May 31, 2023. The deal is available with all-inclusive door-to-door reservations on select voyages departing before May 31, 2024, and includes the following:
• Up to a two-category suite upgrade on select trips and suite categories
• One thousand dollars in cruise credit per suite*
Furthermore, Silversea’s all-inclusive door-to-door fares include a refundable, reduced 15% deposit and a price guarantee, as well as private executive transfers between home and airport, international flights and Business Class upgrades, and in-country air and hotels when required by the itinerary, as well as airport transfers and luggage handling.
Guests can spend their USD 1,000 per suite shipboard credit on spa treatments, speciality restaurants, premium wines and spirits, optional shore excursions (including curated S.A.L.T. experiences to immerse travellers even deeper into each destination and its culture), onboard boutique purchases, laundry services, and other services.
